At The Book Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to their nature, blind date with a book purchases are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Book Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in filing claims when possible.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
