Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Book Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in filing claims where applicable.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Due to their nature, blind date book purchases are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged.

Refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
